Angry Muslims threaten life of 'The Last Patriot' author

The author of the best-selling new thriller, "The Last Patriot," says his life already has been threatened for contending the Muslim holy book contains errors and is not based on the last revelations of Muhammad.

"I've already had multiple death threats come in, and that's something that we're taking very seriously with the tour coming up," said Brad Thor, whose "Patriot" already has climbed to No. 1 on the Amazon fiction list after its release last week.

He must be doing something right to warrant all that attention from them.

I do wish though, that someday, someone who Does represent our government would grow the cajones to point out the obvious; that islam is not a religion, but a cult, and that a cult based around brutal violence, slavery, intolerance, and hatred has no place in a civilized society Nor should it be protected by the Constitution.

The Founding Fathers Never intended the First Amendment to protect this demonic pseudo-religion or any other whose followers openly campaign for the destruction of our nation and society.

It's long past time we hold All of our representatives and leaders to account when they express the asinine (and suicidal!) claims that islam is a "religion of peace".

Elgalad, that was scary.

Maybe there are larger numbers of "good" Muslims than bad and violent ones. But those in the "minority" are certainly vicious and hateful enough to make up for the "peaceful" kind. And seeing as how the alleged peaceful ones apparently do not have the pair to stand up to the murderous hordes ...

Oh, what's the use. :sulk:

In the meantime, I need to get Thor's book. Before our spineless "authorities" decide to ban it or something. CAIR would insist.

I have read 2 Brad Thor books and I have 3 others in my must read stack. I plan to read as many of them as I can when we travel to my wife's high school reunion in September. His books are great reading and I highly recommend them. I'll get The Last Patriot when it comes out in paper back.

He is a fanatastic read. I have read The Lions of Lucerne, First Commandment, Blowback, Takedown, State iof the Union, and am reading Path of the Assassin. They are all great. I got mine at www.paperbackswap.com (http://www.paperbackswap.com)
He pulls no punches and is not afraid to call a spade a spade.
