Thank you, dprasse. That is a fish bone that's stuck so firmly in my throat, it's driving me crazy: The way McCain refuses to use the material that is handed to him in a silver platter.

He should be out there, 24/7, repeating HUSSEIN's blatherings, drawing attention to his flip-flops, his undisguised socialism.

But NOOOOOOO. Our McCain is a self-proclaimed uniter. He wants to reach out to liberals. He is nice. He wants to play nice with liberals, so that liberals will like him.

He is the vivid example of everything that is wrong with the GOP these days.

And DON'T bore me with his heroic record, do me the last favor. I wish he showed some of that heroism now, seeing as how we're fighting another commie enemy.
