Reagan Ending Lease on L.A. Office

LOS ANGELES –– Former President Reagan isn't renewing the lease in the Century City penthouse office tower where he entertained heads of state and others for more than a decade.
Reagan's 10-year lease expires this year and won't be renewed, closing another chapter in the post-White House years of the nation's 40th chief executive.
"There's a lot of history here. But it doesn't make a lot of sense to have such a large space when he doesn't come here anymore," Reagan chief of staff Joanne Drake said Tuesday.
