Well as we talked about what men want.. I'd like to know what you guys think we want :D
I already found what I want :D *cuddles Jamie*
He should:
- Care about me
- Think I look cute even when my make-up is messy for some reason
- Like when I wear his shirts at times..
- Always listen to what I have to say :D
- like what I cook !!!
- be able to say "I love you" more than once in a year
- know when we met the first time/kissed the first time
- know what my favorite color is!
- love my perfume!!
- enjoy spending his time with me more than watching any sports on tv or working on his computer
- trust me
- be trustable and never cheat!
- be completely honest even when the truth might hurt!
- have the same sense of humour as me.
(sounds like I already found my dreamman :D)

I think women want to feel loved and appreciated, in ways specific to each woman. That means a whole lot more effort than most young studs grasp. Women are high-maintenance, men low-attention, and making the twain meet is the work of a lifetime.

Rink, we ALL been in trouble since Day One, whenever that was.
That's what makes it fun.
yea but its hard on me not knowin when he'll be back from his trip with his brothers
and the distance between us, I'm in WA state he's in TN, havin him here in front of me would make all the difference in the world.
wont begrudge him his time with his family, never will do that, I'm glad he's havin fun, I guess I'm abit insecure yet and learnin how to deal with it bit by bit little by little.
scares me anyways y'kno

when it comes to love, it is so powerful that it is scary. Anyone truly in love, especially newly in love, is insecure. You get to points that you don't know if it is good for you because the emotions are so strong and don't know if they are normal. But, they are. Give it time and understand that what you are feeling, every one of us that have been in love have felt that. All of the emotional rollercoasters, in the end, turn out so worth it.
Hang in there darlin http://freeconservatives.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Here's when all the trouble began.
Gen 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
When Adam first encountered that new creature with the wonderful bumps and the big blue eyes, he also discovered that the thing down there had another function. After that it was all downhill.
Biblical factoid: it took Satan himself to tempt Eve. It only took Eve to tempt Adam.

I have no idea what women want but somehow I keep my wife happy. I have no secret except just communication and compromise.

Must be doing something right. My lady and I have been married for 14 years. I know it's not money, personality ( I don't smile often), physique (put on a few extra lbs) or etiquette as I'm the first person to say, "Get it yourself" or just ignore you. I wonder if it's my twisted sense of humor? Whatever it is, I'm doing something right.

14 years http://freeconservatives.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif That sounds nice. Now a days everyone seems to get a divorce. http://freeconservatives.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif
My friends parents are getting one. The sickest thing is, they have been married for 30 years now and they are getting a divorce because they both cheated on each other "for fun". :/ That's just sad.
Ok I guess my friends old enough to sort of deal with it, it's still sad to see.. I hate divorces. Yes, sometimes there are very good reasons.. but this is a sad reason. The fact, it happened is already sad.
Anyways that was a bit off-topic.
Did you guys see the movie "What women want"? I didn't like it at all. I went to the cinema with my brother to watch it. I don't know..maybe it's just me..but for me it just wasn't funny :/

(hey everyone,I finally gave in to peer pressure, di and dp heh, and decided to show up and say hi,see a few people I recognize like kate and finners and so hey all)
Now on to my post:
The question on the table is what do guys think women want, that is a very good question as most guys are probebly like me and don't have a bloody clue. I just try to be who I am and not try to be anybody else. I mean given the fact it is me I guess thats not a good thing as I lack the whole looks and personality type deal but thats not the point. Anyways back on topic,I just try to be myself and treat all women with respect. Women should be treated like royalty and they should not have to put up with the garbage some guys put forward.
Now the thing I want to know is do women actully know what they want?

You underestimate yourself but I know what you mean. I couldn't believe out of all the beautiful and smart women with good bodies out there, a Desert Storm Marine vet, would notice ME and want me as his wife.
But you're right-- that's not the point. I thought coming from a family where most of the men served in one branch or another, that that's what I wanted, a military man. Boy was I wrong. I would have been happy with a farmer or electrician or food service worker as long as we were truly compatible.
I can't speak for other women but people tell me even though I may be a valley girl I wouldn't know how to chill out if my life depended on it. My biggest fear in life is that I'm gonna waste time. That's scarier than spiders and such....
And they're right, I'm out there trying to live life to its fullest. So that's the point....I want someone who understands 'side by side' (no leaving one another in the dust)
Interest in firearms
Enjoy the simple things in life. When you're broke, there's always the sunsets.
A sense of humor...
I could go on but in a nutshell, (and being sappy) I'd like a person with whom I feel all the fruits of the Spirit with (love, joy, peace, etc)
Well? Honest questions get honest answers. http://freeconservatives.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Moving on.... on AskMen, a group of 15 women gathered in a room with nothing but the question "What Do Women Want?"
First thing that came to light was communication. "Although men seem to think that women can't bear to hear the truth about some things, women would rather have their partner tell them what is on his mind rather than save it for a rainy day or as backup ammunition for when they get into a fight."
"How else can we know how he feels if all he does is stare like a blank slate when asked a question?"
(Hey devil's advocate here, what if the woman doesn't want to hear the truth, only what she wants to hear?)
The rest followed:
[ QUOTE ]
<ul type="square">Some lovin'- We don't need affection 24/7, but kind words and sporadic displays of emotions and then are appreciated and keep women surprised and on their toes.
Respect- Mutual communication and making sure the two of you are on the same wavelength
Recognize bad moods- But don't blame everything on the menstrual cycle, not everything can be dismissed as hormonal chaos. Sometimes, there actually is a problem.
Spontaneity- This ranked high as something that women want. Monica wishes that more men knew how to surprise her and keep her guessing.
So get to know your woman and if you can't figure her out, remember that the whole fun is that she keeps you guessing and coming back for more.[/list]
[/ QUOTE ]
Does that help or are you even more confused? Anyway welcome again! http://freeconservatives.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon16.gif

We consider it an accomplishment when you consider that no one since my grandparents on my dad's side stayed married the 1st time.
My wife's side of the family has had many marry in divorce in the time we've been married. 3 cousins and her sister, although you could see it coming by the way the act!
Very true though, so many find it easier to move on than work things out.

Tch tch tch! Some folks are just unable to conceal their jealousy. But, it's not really my doing, you see. I received a spam email for this wonderful estrogen-based vitality enhancer, and in my eagerness to be young and vibrant again, I unwisely OD'd.
Not visible from this perspective is the result of the simultaneous application of several of those member elongation pills and patches. Combined with Viagra, a frontal view brings to mind a medieval jousting tournament.
