Sea Change has a cathedral quality, like the Great Anunciation. Michelangelo would have listened to this on his back, laying on the scaffold, as he painted naked cherubs in the Sistine Chapel. Heavy on the strings, a lot of senth-arragned tonalities that are all very layered. If you could masterbate your ears, this is as close to that.

Now for the bullshit teaser....
But for me, personally, the Bee Gees are where its at. Staying Alive. ****ing coke music. Wops blow-drying their pompadours and sticking tube socks down their slacks. Gold chains, pinky rings, salami breath and venereal disease. I usually check myself out in the full-length body mirror whenever I feel vain enough, and in these moods, the Staying Alive soundtrack is the preferred vehicle for such forays into self-love. I like flexing my muscles as Gabe's vocal range climaxes back-n-forth into abnormal falsettos. Its at this point that I apply the Astro Glide across my pectoralis majors and start windmilling with my arms in the fashion of Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon, taking false stutter steps and leaping against the wall, feigning a bit of fickle, imaginary brutality as my roundhouses(always checking my form) include the full use and range of my entire buttocks....etc. etc. (would anybody like to add to this narrative? Be my guest.)
