I love pre 1973, american cars. I have a '65 Dodge Coronet, two door hardtop. Canary yellow, modified 383ci eigine, low gears, chrome spoke wheels, big &amp; little tires and other goodies. It's how I manage to stay sane in this world. When I crawl in that thing, I'm off to another world. When I hammer down on the throttle, it's such a nice feeling to see 100 mph in just 13 seconds. my dad has a 1970 Dodge Polara convertible w/383 .kind a rare .i think the registry says 800 that year .... he also has a '50 Ford , 77 Lincoln ....

i "collect" 66 Ford trucks and drive a hopped up 78 Ford truck w/460 .....

any more horsepower nuts here and we'll need a bench racers forum !

Junky welcome! I had a 69 Judge hardtop w/ 400 Ram Air Hurst quick click shifter that thing was unbelievable. It had a custom white pearlesence finish with a rear spoiler that was raised up 3 ft. It was bad to the bone. My dad made me sell it when I got two speeding tickets in a like two month's or so. I love muscle cars.
I also owned a Corvaire Spyder I think it was a 63 or 64 had the shifter on the dash. I wouldn't call it a muscle car but it moved pretty good.

amen ! . i was out of the "performance world" for many years due to "another family member" .....

Anyhoo, for the most part, I hate no one personally, I hate the action of people...such as liberals. My choice of words were carelessly applied. Maybe a better word for how I feel toward "true through and through" liberals is that I despise them. How's that? If it is a sin to hate a person such as Hitler, then so be it. I can't help what others have created for themselfs and how it affects me deep down inside. Evil is evil, and if a person is evil, then I hate that person. May be that I'm not the best Christian out here, but I'm trying my darndest. There's alot working against me. It's a hell of a fight. But no matter, that's a whole nother story for another time. I don't know you Longhorn, but I do know this. We that have accepted Christ are not perfect by any means, just SAVED! If I hate someone, it's because they earned it. We all sin, no matter how saved we are. It's called the "sinful life". It's all around us, and we are all part of it. But this will all change soon.
