Those WERE the days. I was in Honduras and Ecuador (among others) in 87, and it made a huge difference having someone in the White House who was on my side.

We lost a lot of good military personnel during the Clinton regime. I don't blame them one bit. He set an abysmal example. I believe morale is being restored now.

Makes me cry. I should just stay out of this room.

Maureen Reagan died today, and that is very sad. She was a lovely lady, and worshipped her dad. She was working to advance Alzheimer's research.

Nancy Reagan told the President about Maureen's death at the ranch today. Nancy remarked to the public that Maureen and her dad had a unique relationship.

Peace be with her. God bless the Reagans.
