/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon115.gif Hard to believe but brilliantLiberal's reign as Poster of the Month is drawing to a close and it is time to vote for a new FREE CONSERVATIVES Poster of the Month! The rules are simple. Vote once for the person whom you think has earned the honor of Poster of the Month. Use whatever criteria you want in making your decision. We prefer you vote for someone based on the content, style, and timeliness of posts as opposed to just being a popularity contest, but, what you do is ultimately up to you. You can explain your vote, or not, depending on whatever you want to do. The last six months's winners are not eligible. They are:

oracle (July 2003)
Rink (August 2003)
Estragon (September 2003)
ThomasIsUnderrated (October 2003)
DoctorDoom (November 2003)
brilliantLiberal (December 2003)[/list]
/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon115.gif The winner gets his/her user name on the front page as Poster of the Month, a pat on the back, a hearty handshake and the warm glow of victory! You also get to put the following incredibly cool banner in your signature line.

http://freeconservatives.com/pics/members/suzie/pom.gif

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon115.gif So have at it Freecers! Who will be the next Poster of the Month? Polls close at 7 pm Central Time on 1/2/2004.

This is always so hard. I'm going to take a new tact here and vote for a newcomer (relatively speaking) who has hit the board running: SmellyFed

I think I'll have to vote for Dash. Dash, I got back from that tractor pull just in time to vote. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif

Tough as always, since there was a lot of excellent posting this month. Acutally, we can partially thank UL for that, since he has been posting a LOT and has helped spark debate on several issues.
However, I agree with the Warbabe and will vote for Bluemoon_Rising. He has been top notch this month with all aspects of his posting. Especially when debunking UL.

I haven't been around much lately, so I'll just take a front row seat and when election is over, I'll join the voters and congratulate the winner. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I've enjoyed Blue Moon"s post's as well, however, since it appears that this one may be wrapped up, and the board would be a pretty dull place with just a bunch of Yes Men,
I vote for UnRepentantLiberal,
We need someone to keep the pot stirred abit around here.
Now, he just needs to get a decent avitar.

Charles,
UL was my second choice, since he has done this board a service by being a civil, intelligent liberal poster.
Blue though, has been an All-Pro poster this month.

Oh... I voted for Cali, but when I came back to the file, my vote disappeared somehow. I wonder how that happened?
OK, I'll try this again: Caligirl. Happy New Year, Cali. We got rid of the "bad guy" and 2004 will be fun, eh?

I understand those who haven't been here this month so to catch you all up on what is going on I will enlighten you to the fact that Blue has kicked lib butt better than anyone I have witnessed in my time here at FC. Blue deserves to win.

Even better than old Nos? Laf.
BlueMoon_Rising deserves some of his posts to be posted in the Hall of Fame.
It is rare that someone is that good within a particular month. He deserves it.

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon115.gif Yeah, I erred in giving it too much time. I thought that with the holiday/weekend combination, we'd have a low turnout. Let's go ahead & wrap it up tomorrow.

True enough. Our guiding, fundamental philosophies are quite different, though. I have no doubt that our morals are very similar on some points, but the method by which we reach them differs greatly.
But that's beside the point that he's been positively prolific this month.
Congrats, Blue.

I've also been gone a good bit this month, first a week down when my hard drive crashed and then the usual holiday travel and guests. What I have seen, though, is enough to endorse Bluemoon Rising heartily.
Honorable mentions to URL for sticking it out and staying civil, and Dash Riprock.
Congratulations all, in fact. There's been a lot of spirited debate this month, and everyone can be proud of that.
