Need a site for the "Family member Serving" star on red/white background

Back when it all began (fall 2001) I was able to get those window flags and matching bumperstickers that have a blue star on a red/white background, showing that you have a family member serving in active duty. I think I got the first at Wal Mart but can't find them now. Anybody know where they are sold?
