Navy Cmdr in sex complaint against lewd female reporter

US Navy Commander Jeffrey D. Gordon has filed a sexual harassment complaint against the Miami Herald's Carol Rosenberg.

FishbowlDC obtained a copy of the July 22, 2009 letter addressed to Miami Herald Senior VP and Executive Editor Anders Gyllenhaal. In the complaint, Gordon calls for a "thorough investigation" to put an end to Rosenberg's "appalling behavior" that includes comments about the Commander's sexual orientation.

The complaint outlines examples of Rosenberg's alleged "abusive and degrading, comments of an explicitly sexual nature."

Gordon writes:

To me, in front of another journalist with reference to why 9/11 co-defendant Mustafa Al Hawsawi was seated on a pillow in court:

"Have you ever had a red hot poker shoved up your a**? Have you ever had a broomstick shoved up your a**? Have you ever had anything in your a**? How would you know how it feels if it never happened to you? Admit it, you liked it? No wonder why you like to stay in South Beach on your Miami visits."

Yep. But had he done that, his career would be over and he would almost certainly have gone to jail for assault. And all the world's feminists would have had a field day.

My father (May he rest in peace) fed us castor oil and made us stand with our nose in the corner until we fell asleep standing up.

I really didn't like him too much and after my parents divorced, I rarely ever saw him. He died a couple of years ago.

I didn't like my Dad much either. He rarely acknowledge me. Even when I lettered in Football he didn't come to the award ceremony. He divorced my Mom when I was in the 7th grade and left her to raise 3 boys by herself. Fortunately Mom's parents had alot of money so we never did without. When I graduated from Boot at P.I. he did'nt even show up. Even though he was a Marine too. I was searching the crowd afterwards. You know, when they give you the EGA and dismiss you. He wasn't there. In fact. He was never there. Just a cold and mean old man sitting in his study reading his books. ****er never even threw me a football or a baseball. When he wasn't at home ignoring me he was at the OC reliving old war stories with his buddies.

Anywho...I've said enough.

My mother raised 9.

She sometimes held 3 jobs to keep food on the table. Spaghetti was a staple, not due to anything other than it was cheap and easy to make for the multitudes of children she was raising. Fridays were almost always tuna casserole.

Yikes. You had it harder than me. Fortunately we lived on a farm where beef (herefords) and veggies were plentiful. Must've been all that beef that made me grow 6'3" 200lbs. We used to take beef, veggies and staples to the other families that might have had a bad harvest. In spite of Dad leaving(the land was my grandparents and hers) we always helped those in need. Mom always said, "It's the Christian thing to do. Besides, they're our neighbors." Every Sunday after Church we'd gather up veggies from the garden, mom would take out about 20lbs of beef from the walk-in freezer, we'd load it into the truck and visit a family from Church who needed food.

We didn't need some bullshit government mandate to give.We gave because God tells us to share when times are good.

Cast your bread upon the waters and it will come back 1000 fold.

Some day I may need that bread.

First of all, I didn't take it as Jew-baiting. I laughed.
Secondly, I agree and disagree with DF. Christianity has its roots in Judaism, so technically Christianity has always been (and always will be) Jewish.
Peter, James, and John were Messianic Jews who still practiced Jewish customs (I think, someone like Doc may want to check up on this), and they started the foundations for Christian churches.
Being Jewish doesn't always necessarily mean to be seperated from Messiah Yeshua, as He was a Jew Himself.
